New repository with instances and data from revised-submissions, but NAME attribute of the instances has been adjusted. As this causes a rewrite of most of the compressed .mps.gz files, we decided to make a new repository.

This project implements a hybrid model that combines an agent-based model (ABM) with an ordinary differential equation (ODE) model to simulate the spread of a disease in a 2D space. The model is designed to study the interaction between individual agent movements and the overall disease dynamics in two separate regions of the 2D space.
